Approximately 3,200 Korean-born adoptees currently reside in Canada. This is a significant number, especially considering that the Republic of Korea is also a major source of international students in Canada and a key trading partner.
CKRG is dedicated to advocating for the rights of Korean adoptees and their families.
We aim to raise awareness about the unique challenges faced by adoptees, including identity issues, access to information, and justice in cases of wrongful adoption practices.
We collaborate closely with the Global KRG, and other Korean rights organizations, to amplify our voices globally.
Together, we work towards policy changes, foster community support, and create educational resources that empower adoptees to reclaim their narratives.
